Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the role involves the following duties & responsibilities:

 

  • Work on the recruitment of London-based consulting roles.
  • Facilitate the interview and selection process.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Partners, Principals and Managers.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with universities and business schools.
  • Actively seek out sourcing strategies to meet changing demands.
  • Use multiple platforms to ensure talent is being reached.
  • Identify process improvements wherever possible.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of recruitment materials, including job guides, presentations, interview guidelines and marketing collateral.
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment events
  • Produce timely and accurate management information.
  • Present MI back to relevant stakeholders.
  • Consistently deliver results against targets.
  • Manage the offer process to successful applicants.

 

Skills & Experience:

 

  • Previous graduate/postgraduate/business school recruitment experience.
  • Must have experience of working within the professional or financial services industries.
  • Good candidate and stakeholder management.
  • Commercial, enthusiastic and committed.
  • Strong problem solving and IT skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • High volume recruitment experience is essential.
