Summer Associate Internship - London 2016

London

The Summer Associate Role

L.E.K.’s Summer Associate Programme is open to penultimate year students who are interested in gaining an insight into the Associate career. The 8 week internship starts at the beginning of July, running through into August. You will first complete a thorough training programme before becoming a contributing case team member.

L.E.K.’s Summer Associate role offers exposure to multiple industry sectors and a wide variety of commercial challenges.  This provides the opportunity to gain a comprehensive foundation in decision making, from strategy to finance, marketing to operations. Summer Associates are responsible for the comprehensive research and analysis that form the basis of each engagement.  Under the guidance of team members, Summer Associates collect data on markets, competitors and customers, and perform the first stage of in-depth strategic and financial analysis, giving opportunity to develop a highly analytical skill set. This enables the team as a whole to evaluate trends, develop conclusions, and prepare practical recommendations.

Our interns are exposed to a wide range of industries and problems, resulting in a rapid learning curve. The Summer Associate role at L.E.K. provides a dynamic, varied and highly rewarding work environment, offering real responsibility from day one.
