The Consultant role

We are currently recruiting for Consultant positions for our Paris office. The consultant role is the core of L.E.K. In our case team structure it is the consultant who has primary responsibility for understanding the client issues and then producing the facts and analyses which form the basis of our recommendations. The Consultant role includes various tasks, such as: structuring complex strategic and analytical problems, organizing and managing a team of Associates, interfacing with client management and the senior L.E.K. case team to understand problems, test hypotheses and discuss interim results. The Consultant synthesizes the analyses of the team into key findings and actionable recommendations and delivers formal client presentations. Furthermore, the Consultant’s role includes working with senior management to implement recommendations which have impact and create value.

In addition to client and team management responsibilities, Consultants have the opportunity to contribute to the management of the firm through involvement in areas such as Professional Development, New Client Development, Recruitment and Knowledge Management.

 

International Exchange programme

L.E.K. operates an international inter-office exchange programme, which gives you the opportunity for international exposure, from individual casework to international office exchanges (3 to 6 months).
