  • Permanent position based in Poland and working remotely with the Paris office
  • Fluent English imperative

Job description

1.       Allocations - 50%

  1. Attend weekly staffing meetings in collaboration with Head of HR, Partners & Associate Directors
  2. Search for profiles in line with skills, grades & availability for any type of activity (client, proposal, internal)
  3. Update of the consultants' schedule following staffing meetings and daily requests
  4. Allocate human resources in line with projects / Staff teams when a case is sold
    1. Define and propose a team according to availabilities
    2. Check the recovery
  • Entering staffed teams in SAP
  1. Ensure daily compliance with the staffing rules decided by the Management Committee
  2. Consistency check between orders and the forecast
  3. Consistency check loadable forecast / actual - adjustment of deviations
  4. Offer resources combining the skills expected on the projects with the development wishes of the Consultants
  5. In charge of the search for subcontractors / Relationship with the different agencies

2.       Reviews/Upward feedback 30%

  1. Case reviews creation
  2. Review process follow up (personalized recap & reminders)
  3. Upwards/Feedback creation for Partners in June and December
  4. Upwards/Feedback creation for AC to Manager in March and September 

3.       Staff movements - 10%

  1. Daily staff movements management & update
  2. Contractors & freelancers control & validation

4.       TS Management – 10%

  1. Timesheet management & reminders
  2. daily / weekly rest periods control
  3. TimeSheet validation

Profile

Bac +3/5 type education in business school or university, you have a professional experience of 2 to 4 years – ideally in GPEC, recruitment (in a firm) or in an audit firm.

The ability to work in both official languages (French and English) is required + you have a good command of the Office pack.

With a good analytical and synthesis mind, writing skills and ease with numbers, you know    how to combine autonomy and team spirit.

Rigorous and proactive, you also have a certain capacity for adaptation.
