Job Description

To further strengthen its global and sectoral footprint, L.E.K. is committed to significantly expanding its acquisition of experienced talent across Europe. In this newly created role you will drive L.E.K.’s  proactive talent sourcing activities at both European and country levels for Experienced Recruiting. This will include role specific talent sourcing as well as creating an ‘always on’ pipeline.    

Additionally, you will help manage the team’s Operations (interview logistics, knowledge databases, as well as ad-hoc projects and reporting as necessary). The mix of the role will fluctuate weekly depending on team needs, but is heavily biased towards talent sourcing.

Role Specific’ Talent Sourcing:

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify diverse candidates and deliver against L.E.K.’s hiring needs (leveraging passive, inbound and active - e.g., LinkedIn, L.E.K. careers, L.E.K. Alumni network etc.).
  • Conduct initial intake calls with candidates, detailing position, and coaching candidates on what to expect throughout the entirety of the interview process (including interview path, compensation expectations, interviewer feedback, and timing).
  • Proactively map and headhunt passive talent directly where possible, to ensure channel mix is maintained
  • Provide pipeline metrics, and other qualitative data to inform L.E.K. on market dynamics.

Future ‘Always on’ Talent Sourcing:

  • Work with key stakeholders in People teams the business to understand what future candidate profiles are needed and where they will be located.   Create engagement strategies to access and cultivate these networks into a live talent pool.   
  • Market L.E.K. events, marketing collateral and new roles to the network - establishing them as an ‘always on’ talent pipeline 
  • Create competitor market mapping and talent intelligence to bring market knowledge into L.E.K.
  • Log all talent insights into an ‘always on’ knowledge platform and share with L.E.K.’s corporate development and marketing teams.  

Operations:

  • Supporting ad-hoc projects as needed, including HR / Recruiting System integrations, employee brand initiatives and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Managing team job postings and current activity on current ATS, LinkedIn and future CRM database
  • Collaborating on, and partnering with, external agencies and executive search firms to facilitate candidates’ meetings with L.E.K.
  • Scheduling and coordinating logistics for the following: phone screens, candidate interviews, and debrief meetings with both internal stakeholders and external

Essential Requirements:

  • At least three years of talent sourcing experience gained from an in-house function/ executive search firm/ agency environment.   
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering talent sourcing projects (including senior candidate approaches, competitor talent mapping, talent pipelining, and talent intelligence projects)
  • Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel and comfortable with data and reporting
  • Creative and proactive in your sourcing strategies; Ability to find new ways to source and work with the hiring managers to tweak the job requirements to align with market expectations
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Well versed with the information tools for knowledge management & data analysis  
  • Fluency in English (C2)

Desirable:

  • A strong understanding of a Consulting / Professional Services organisations
  • French or Spanish Language (C1/2)
