Job Description

In this newly created role, you will oversee and manage L.E.K’s  proactive recruiting and talent sourcing activities at both European and country levels for certain key L.E.K. Sectors. This will include role specific recruiting & talent sourcing, as well as creating ‘always on’ pipelines of strategic future talent.     

Reporting to the Head of Experienced Recruitment, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Internal coordination and reporting between L.E.K. Global and European Sector Leaders, European Partners, and the broader People leadership team
  • Personally responsible for running the strategy, delivery, and onboarding process of multiple hires up to and including Partners
  • Partner with key People and business stakeholders to identify strategy and creative sources to address hiring needs both immediate and long-term
  • Focusing on driving direct sourcing to ensure right channel mix vs agency usage is maintained
  • Managing commercial relationships with our external recruitment agencies; ensuring key performance indicators are achieved
  • Managing effective support from L.E.K.’s European Talent Sourcing team and Coordinators 
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Work seamlessly with our People Team and the business, to structure compelling offers

Essential requirements

  • Previous experience in managing and delivering complex recruiting projects with minimal oversight
  • At least six years of in-house recruiting experience preferably within the Consulting or wider Professional Services sector
  • Previous experience of delivering holistic talent recruiting campaigns (including senior candidate approaches, competitor talent mapping, talent pipelining and talent intelligence projects & knowledge data storage)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Powerpoint & Excel and comfortable with data interrogation and reporting
  • Ability to be agile and come with a process improvement mindset
  • Ability to create digitally enhanced processes to ensure a consistent and high calibre candidate experience is delivered to all potential recruits
  • Creative and proactive in your sourcing strategies; Ability to find new ways to source and work with the hiring managers to tweak the job requirements to align with market expectations
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong understanding of a Consulting / Professional Services culture and organisation both Germany and Europe
  • Fluency in English 
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top quartile university

DESIRABLE

  • Professional services experience
  • Experience with People/HR systems
  • German, French or Spanish Language (C1/2 level)
