The Digital Channel Marketing Specialist will work closely with L.E.K.’s Marketing team to leverage the company’s website and other digital channels to design and execute programs that amplify distribution of L.E.K.’s thought leadership content, and deliver a superior digital experience for clients, prospects and other external stakeholders.

 

The ideal candidate will work closely with other marketing team members and internal stakeholders on digital campaign management that leverages content marketing principles. The role also contributes in other areas, including but not limited to, digital campaign execution, analytics reporting, social media and monitoring brand standards. The successful candidate has strong knowledge of digital and content marketing best practices and leveraging social media for B2B organizations. Candidates should have an eye for user experience and design best practices; demonstrate digital strategy knowledge and expertise; and be an innovative and detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills. The Digital Channel Marketing Specialist is based in the firm’s Boston office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute content distribution within L.E.K.’s digital channels including the global web site and social media (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Participate in planning and execution of content marketing efforts
  • Oversee and execute on the firm’s LinkedIn presence including managing the corporate page and sponsored updates; training L.E.K. Partners on best practice sales and marketing usage; and analyzing results
  • Manage paid media campaigns that amplify distribution of L.E.K. thought leadership, including liaising with external vendors (e.g. digital agencies, media planner/buyer)
  • Assist with management of video production, including managing vendors, and providing feedback and assuring compliance with brand standards
  • As part of developing and executing digital campaigns, review and ensure brand compliance on digital assets, including white papers, marketing collateral and other corporate materials
  • Support digital team on 2018 website roadmap enhancements and updates as needed
  • Liaise with team members handling email marketing and work with other team members to implement projects on an as-needed basis

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, working in a fast-paced agency, professional services or B2B setting
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, particularly LinkedIn and other social media functionality, working knowledge of SEO, and website build/management experience
  • Experience in all aspects of content development, including digital campaign strategy and execution
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, including managing multiple priorities, creative problem-solving, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn L.E.K. processes quickly, and roll up sleeves to get things done
  • Experience working in a professional services or partnership-based organization, and exposure to some of our key sectors (preferred, not required)
  • Advertising/marketing/content marketing agency experience a plus
  • Exposure to using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, marketing automation (HubSpot), CMS (Drupal) and video editing software a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
