Organization & Performance Practice Specialist

The Organization & Performance practice assists our clients drive their strategies to results, with an emphasis on the organizational settings and performance infrastructure required to ensure sustainable outcomes.  Reporting directly to the Global Head of the Organization & Performance (O&P) practice, the O&P specialist will work closely with MD’s as they undertake O&P client engagements and business development including but not limited to; supporting and managing O&P global knowledge management and IP initiatives, including enhancing and managing systems to capture, categorize and share O&P knowledge and codification of emerging IP.

 

Responsibilities: 

·         Liaise with other sector specialists to coordinate efforts to maintain/update credentials and sector relevant O&P materials

·         Track key thought leadership, marketing, and practice initiatives across regions and help disseminate information

·         Develop O&P marketing materials that highlight the firm’s global relevant skills and experience

·         Perform market analyses to identify new global growth opportunities for the O&P practice and help create plans to target these new growth opportunities

·         Support in preparing reports / materials for global O&P sector planning sessions

·         Track performance of each region and integrate data in monthly dashboard

·         Maintain the Community of Practice portals and relevant web pages

·         Become familiar with L.E.K.’s key O&P tools and be able to train case teams in the use of these tools

·         Maintain ownership of specific O&P tools, toolkits and IP

·         Help capture IP and insights from recently completed O&P cases across the globe

·         Assist with the development of proposals, specifically related to O&P experience and capabilities

·         Assist to mobilize O&P case teams

 

Requirements: 

·         An undergraduate degree from a top-ranked school is required

·         Strong understanding of commercial strategy, organizational strategy and performance improvement techniques

·         Experience of IP rich environments (e.g., developing bespoke methodologies, extracting learnings from project work) and knowledge management concepts

·         Previous consulting experience would be highly valued

·         Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

·         Bright, hardworking, and self-directed
