Digital Marketing Manager

This role is a key contributor to L.E.K. Consulting’s digital marketing operations. This person manages the day-to-day operations of the firm’s global website, US email operations and marketing-related CRM operations. The role also contributes to other areas, including but not limited to digital campaign execution, analytics reporting, and monitoring brand standards. The successful candidate has significant experience using a website content management system (CMS); experience managing a global marketing automation system; has an eye for user experience and design best practices; demonstrates technical web knowledge and expertise; and is an innovative and detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills. The Digital Marketing Manager is ideally based in the firm’s Boston office and reports to L.E.K.’s Global Digital Marketing Director.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of LEK.com and any other sites that the firm may operate. Ensure a positive user experience, solve technical problems, maintain, and update content on L.E.K.’s global corporate website and microsites via the CMS (Drupal 9).
  • Help manage agency partner relationships including website and digital marketing agencies, to achieve best results
  • Oversee U.S. email marketing program including corporate and event email design/ setup, list builds, follow up emails, and analytics to share with business development team
  • Develop and maintain SEO, SEM, analytics (Tableau), optimization plans across all
  • Run the digital mechanics of marketing, support and enhance development of effective lead management and lead scoring system
  • Develop reporting dashboards and deliver results to senior management in digestible communications
  • Drive strategies across all digital tactics to grow website quality of leads and consumption of content
  • Track and monitor a list of L.E.K.-owned domains to ensure proper renewal and ownership
  • Support other marketing team members in liaising with external web vendors, to support web enhancement implementations
  • Oversee inbound website business inquiries, and disseminate to appropriate contacts in all L.E.K. regions
  • Provide other marketing project management support as required, including as acting as back-up for social media postings, and assisting with digital campaign execution

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, working in a fast-paced professional services, B2B or agency organization
  • Bachelor’s degree required, web technology certifications a plus
  • Experience managing a global B2B website via a leading enterprise CMS, ideally Drupal
  • Experience managing a global marketing automation platform, ideally Pardot
  • Experience with building performance analytics dashboards a plus
  • Experience with lead management processes and implementation a plus
  • Demonstrated expertise of industry standard web technologies for basic web development, and basic SEO principles
  • Exposure to using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Exposure to Google Ads and basic understanding of paid search
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, including managing multiple priorities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, marketing automation and video editing software a plus
