L.E.K.’s global pricing practice is a newly organized and rapidly growing team building on the legacy of LEK’s pricing work. We support our clients in achieving top-line growth and value creation by supporting them with revenue management, pricing strategy, price model development, packaging, discounting and the execution of these strategies. We work closely with end-market commercial experts across corporate and private-equity backed businesses to deliver pragmatic pricing recommendations. L.E.K.’s Pricing team develops strategies and solutions to help clients across a wide range of strategic pricing issues, including:
The Senior Manager role is at the core of our project team structure within the Pricing practice and firm more broadly. Using their passion for pricing innovation and creative problem-solving and leadership skills, Senior Managers at L.E.K. lead teams to define actionable recommendations that drive growth across the full spectrum of pricing excellence that span broader pricing strategies all the way down to pricing execution and value communication. You will make a difference by diagnosing price-value misalignments, identifying a client’s competitive pricing advantages, and quantifying target markets’ willingness-to-pay that are synthesized into measurable P&L impacts to help our clients win.
Senior Managers at L.E.K. manage a team of Associates and Consultants right from the start and coordinate with other internal Centers of Excellence and sector experts to ensure L.E.K. is addressing client problems and delivering best-in-class answers.

Qualifications & Experience
The base salary at the Senior Manager level is $250,000 (USD); L.E.K. also offers a performance bonus, profit sharing and other benefits.
International candidates will be considered. L.E.K. Consulting will assist you as necessary in accordance with our policy of obtaining employment authorization, however; we cannot guarantee that work authorization will be granted.
