A key part of L.E.K.’s mission is a commitment to the professional development of our staff. We have developed a variety of professional and career development programs designed to provide our staff with the tools they need to grow and succeed at L.E.K. The Career Development Assistant will report to the Career Development Manager and provide support to L.E.K.’s career development function within the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

The Career Development Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Career Development program across all U.S. offices. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Initiating project case reviews and upward feedback for consulting staff
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress and completion of consulting staff case reviews and upward feedback
  • Provide all administrative support for the performance review process including scheduling of meetings, preparation of materials and necessary follow up post meetings
  • Tracking of career progression, skills and industry experience of consulting staff
  • Assisting with coordination of mentor programs
  • Other Career Development / HR related tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong attention to detail with solid customer service skills
  • Ability to keep confidentiality in all HR matters
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
