Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for the undergraduate and MBA campus recruiting processes for L.E.K.’s Chicago office, collaborating with recruiting managers and other recruiting team members to deliver recruitment solutions at our core campuses.

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day process for the Chicago office for full-time and internship hiring including, but not limited to:

  • Act as school liaison, planning and executing interviews and coordinating school events and programs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the local campus administrators, faculty and clubs/organizations
  • Responsible for creating interview schedules and developing supporting materials, obtaining space, assisting candidates with travel, interviewer sign-up, greeting candidates, arranging catering, and other tasks as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all candidate communications
  • Develop rapport and relationships with internal staff
  • Responsible for the successful execution of summer internship program
  • Utilize web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and reporting
  • Other miscellaneous projects within the department


Requirements

  • Minimum two years of campus recruiting experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality results/deliverables
  • Outstanding client service focus
  • Ability to be self-guided and motivated, working to complete tasks thoroughly and requesting assistance, when necessary
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high calibre and dynamic environment
  • The position will require travel to campuses and other L.E.K. offices as needed
