Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Boston, MA

 

The Digital Marketing Coordinator handles the day-to-day operations of the firm’s global website and microsites. The role also contributes in other areas, including but not limited to digital campaign execution, analytics reporting, social media, and monitoring brand standards. The successful candidate has experience using a website content management system (CMS); has an eye for user experience and design best practices; demonstrates technical web knowledge and expertise; and is an innovative and detail-oriented individual with project management skills. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is based in the firm’s Boston office and reports to L.E.K.’s Director of Marketing.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain and update L.E.K.’s global corporate website and microsites via the CMS (Drupal 8 and WordPress). Day-to-day website operations include updating/adding L.E.K. Partner bios, thought leadership, highlighted L.E.K. jobs, press releases, news and other regular content updates, and uploading videos
  • Track and monitor a list of L.E.K.-owned domains to ensure proper renewal and ownership
  • Support other marketing team members in liaising with external web vendors, to support web enhancement implementations
  • As part of the process of adding materials to the L.E.K. website, review and ensure brand compliance on digital assets, including white papers, marketing collateral and other corporate materials
  • Act as point person with printers, including administering approvals for orders of business communications (letterhead, business cards, etc.)
  • Manage video production, including managing vendors, and providing basic editing and feedback
  • Assist with creating SEO specs for Executive Insights and new web pages
  • Manage inbound website business inquiries, and disseminate to appropriate contacts in all L.E.K. regions
  • Provide other marketing project management support as required, including as acting as back-up for social media postings, and assisting with digital campaign execution

 

Qualifications:

  • Two to four years’ experience in digital marketing, working in a fast-paced professional services, B2B or agency organization
  • Experience managing a global B2B website via CMS, ideally Drupal
  • Demonstrated expertise of industry standard web technologies for basic web development, and basic SEO principals
  • Exposure to using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, including managing multiple priorities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, marketing automation and video editing software a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required; web technology certifications a plus
