Position Overview:

To produce high-quality design deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, marketing email templates, social media posts and interactive web graphics efficiently and effectively as a team member working within the marketing organization in support of our client operations.

Key Relationships:

• Reports to: Graphic Design Manager - USA
• Additional reporting relationships: will support Digital Marketing and Social Media teams.

Major Responsibilities:

The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and developing a wide range of communications materials for internal and external distribution. Working with the Graphic Design Manager – USA, the Designer will principally work on two separate workstreams of materials:

• Consulting case team deliverables for presentation to clients – typically in PowerPoint
• Marketing Communications materials for internal and external distribution – typically in the formats that include: email templates (Outlook and HTML), social media posts, display ads, infographics, and web page design.

This will include, but is not limited to -

• Provide visual communications, information design, and data visualization support to external client engagements, internal marketing efforts, and business development engagements
• Manage end-to-end creation of infographics, presentations, and publications, including data collection, data analysis, data visualization, graphic design, and publication design
• Create presentation materials, multimedia PowerPoint presentations, and marketing materials within the client brand. Selects format, typography, photography, and/or illustrations for the most effective means of communicating the message.
• Exhibit proven aptitude for producing a broad range of collateral materials, e.g., layouts, brochures, display visuals and imagery for presentations.
• Support design requests for branded promotional products (also called swag)
• Amendable to work as per project requirements and deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Office 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – relevant work experience with these tools is a big plus
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential
• Knowledge of think-cell charting and layout software (is a big plus)
• Experience with other design tools including, Infogram and Ceros is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that at least partially overlaps with Eastern US time.

Candidate Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field and at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Previous experience working at a consulting or professional services firm is preferred
