Job Description

Working alongside a global Salesforce project team, your work will involve the maintenance and management of Salesforce as you take charge of the data cleaning and enrichment processes.

The following are key areas the Data Integrity Administrator will be responsible for delivering overall improvement, with the Salesforce Administration team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing data and keeping records accurate up-to-date and consistent across systems. Including but not limited to: Contacts, accounts, opportunity and meeting data, firm user records and profiles.
  • Basic Salesforce Administration (Data maintenance, dashboards, reports, fields, page layouts, etc).
  • Update User Management as required, user creation/deactivation, user role assignment
  • Monitor automated bulk data update jobs.
  • Create step-by-step user guides/manuals relating to data integrity, data duplication, account hierarchy’s
  • Provide regular reporting to the Salesforce Administration team and Steering Committee on the state of data integrity and key measures for improvement

 

Technical Competencies & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Salesforce Administrator/Data Hygiene role in a similar environment working on the improvement of CRM data
  • Experience working with large contact and account data including well versed in data deduplication, data enrichment, data management processes
  • Experience of managing and manipulating large sets of data including in excel or Salesforce Dataloader
  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM Systems/Data Entry
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with technical systems
  • Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills
  • A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others
  • IT/system skills - Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce)
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a can-do attitude and drive to deliver to deadlines and at pace
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator desirable

 

Reporting:

This role will report to the regional head of CRM and Marketing technology.
