HR Coordinator

Who are you?
We have an exciting opportunity for a SE Asia HR Coordinator to collaborate with and support the SE Asia Head of Talent to ensure our people processes – including recruiting, allocations, training, performance reviews, and HR operations – run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently
This position will be located in either L.E.K.’s Mumbai or Singapore office. Travel between the two offices will be required from time to time.
Who do you report to?
Head of Talent, SEA
What will you do?
- Performance management: Own the performance review and evaluation process from start to finish
- Business reporting:
- Business reporting on staff movements
- Maintain employee information on HRIS
- Improve the workplace culture:
- Proactively identify and suggest process improvements and workplace initiatives that will create an enjoyable working environment at L.E.K.
- Support the Head of Talent develop and introduce new initiatives to improve the working environment for our people
- Recruitment: Assist in developing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy for Southeast Asia
- International collaboration: Coordinate the SWAP program of international transfers from our global offices

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a face-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills; approachable and possessing the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work independently, but also collaborate effectively with the team
- Proactive in communication and anticipating requirements
- A high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive team player
- Diligent in keeping track of, and completing tasks
- Basic knowledge of labour laws in Singapore and Mumbai
- Effective written and oral communications skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
What are your qualifications?
- University degree or coursework in human resources management, psychology, or business-related discipline
- Previous experience in a professional services environment, with experience at a consulting/ advisory firm is preferred, but not mandatory
- Work authorisation for Singapore or India (please specify in CV)
- Proficient in English
