Specific responsibilities include:

● To manage projects   throughout the entire lifecycle from opportunity identification to proposal   writing to execution to post-project client service

● To serve as lead analyst   and shape the direction of projects

● To support partners in   developing existing and potential clients

● To guide the growth of junior team members

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities and qualifications:

● Capable of critical thinking, enjoy problem solving, and possess strong curiosity for new   knowledge

● Efficient and good at time management

● Integrity and team spirit  

● University graduates with bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus

● andidates with 4-6 years of outstanding track record in consulting
