What you'll do

In order to support this growth, we are looking for a casual or part-time HR Administration Assistant who has an appetite to learn and who wants to build on their current skills surrounded by a high performing team. Reporting to the Head of Talent and working closely with the wider Talent Team, you will be the operational and administrative guru who has ownership for all employee lifecycle processes. The role is multi-faceted and suits someone who embraces change, has an appetite to learn and wants experience within a leading consultancy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the wider Talent Team to support the reshaping of the Talent offering;
  • Create and deliver reports on key HR metrics;
  • Own and manage all HR lifecycle processes from onboarding to departures, recruitment, professional development, remuneration reviews and mobility;
  • Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures; and
  • Support the wider HR team as required.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience with administration;
  • Working towards a relevant degree, preferably in Commerce, Business Management or HR;
  • Some knowledge of standard HR processes;
  • Comfortability with change;
  • An appetite to learn; and
  • Finely tuned communication and interpersonal skills.
