What you’ll do

As a Summer Associate, you will get to experience what it’s really like working in a global strategy consulting firm. Throughout your internship, you will collaborate with your teams to transform research and analysis into thoughtful insights that deliver maximum impact for our clients.

Case work may include developing a view of a future market, developing a valuation model for a company, or helping implement change on a transformation project. You will work across a variety of industries and be exposed to many different business operations.

What we look for

Our Summer Associate (Internship) positions are tailored to university students who are in the penultimate year of their degree and able to commence full time in February 2023.

At L.E.K. we are open to a range of backgrounds and recruit graduates from all degree disciplines. We look for outstanding academic achievement whilst also considering any extenuating circumstances, notable extracurricular activities, demonstrated leadership and teamwork, comfort with quantitative analysis and an inquiring mind, which together form an excellent base for the path to becoming an Associate with L.E.K. Consulting.

Those successful in gaining a Summer Internship, who outperform our expectations, may secure themselves a job offer for an Associate (Graduate) role following the completion of your studies.

We have Summer Associate opportunities available in our Sydney and Melbourne offices. The Internship will run from November 2021 – January 2022.
