We are looking for an experienced consultant to join our Energy Practice (Manager level). At L.E.K. we work on the most complex strategic problems facing industry and government. In this role you will be able to make impactful change on the Australian energy ecosystem. You will also have the opportunity to work across our other industry verticals, to broaden out your skill set. Our projects are typically 3-8 weeks in length, providing great exposure and development opportunity.
We are interested to hear from consultants with over 6 years of experience in strategy consulting within the energy or adjacent industries, from energy transition, oil & gas or other areas of the electricity value chain. We are also interested in applicants currently working in the energy industry, who have prior consulting experience. This role can be based out of either Sydney or Melbourne.

As a Manager, you will lead multiple case teams, maintain deep, long-term relationships with clients, and develop expertise in particular industries or sectors.
