What you’ll do   

As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for your own broad work stream and will help to develop the hypothesis, structure the approach, and lead junior team members. You will continue to build your leadership skills and take on increasing responsibilities.

While casework needs will vary every day, your role will involve:   

  • Performing rigorous analysis to pinpoint appropriate, practical recommendations for clients
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of each client’s industry, competitors, and customers through various types of research and data collection
  • Collaborating with team members to transform research and analysis into thoughtful insights that deliver maximum impact for your clients

What we look for

L.E.K. Consulting is looking for talented individuals from a range of backgrounds including, consulting, finance, law, engineering and more.

  • 2-4 years’ experience in management consulting, investment banking or other relevant industry
  • Highly motivated, creative, and entrepreneurial individuals with strong commercial acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing and dynamic environment with integrity, patience and a sense of humour
  • Willingness to travel
