HR Business Partner

We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic HRBP to join our Talent team in the Sydney office. Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, the HRBP will be at the forefront of the business to develop and nurture a high performing, collaborative and innovative culture.

You will partner and provide advice to the Sydney business leaders to drive and deliver Talent initiatives, help to identify and address people requirements, manage the delivery of the professional development program, and on-boarding of new talent.

As a respected HR expert, you will enjoy a supportive environment with a highly engaged and dynamic workforce. The role is based in Sydney, however you may at times be required to travel to the Melbourne office, with also the possibility of international travel.

What you'll do...

• Be the main Talent team contact for our Sydney office to manage all people related matters including professional development, performance, and employee life cycle
• Develop and implement best practice initiatives, process and policy
• Lead and roll out HR projects as required (e.g. Upward Feedback system)
• Run induction sessions and conduct exit interviews
• Manage the end to end implementation of all internally run training programs, including the monthly Back to the Office Day (BTTOD)
• Plan and deliver the on-boarding program for all new starters
• Manage professional development records within our HRIS

You will bring...

• 4-5 years’ experience in talent management, ideally in a professional services environment
• Degree qualification within the relevant discipline
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, be approachable and have the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
• demonstrated ability to plan and execute multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment
• the ability to work independently, and also collaborate effectively with the people at all levels
• a high level of professionalism, energy, and be a collaborative team player
