We are looking for a recent HR graduate to join our Talent team in Melbourne, on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will have recently graduated from university with an HR/IR major and be looking for your first career step into the world of HR. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of projects, supporting the Talent team across recruitment, professional development, performance management and general HR project support.
What you'll do...
- Provide high-level HR and recruitment administration support to the Talent team - scheduling meetings/interviews, and coordinating the relevant resources for various Talent related tasks
- Coordinate onboarding and Exit processes
- Business reporting on staff movements
- Sending feedback surveys and collecting responses
- Maintain employee information in HRIS
You will have...
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a face paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, be approachable and have the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- The ability to work independently, but also collaborate effectively with the team
- A high level of professionalism, enthusiasm and be a positive team player
