L.E.K. Own Your Path Award (Melbourne Business School)

Melbourne

L.E.K. was recognised by the Australian Financial Review as one of the Best Places to Work within Professional Services for 2022! Our focus on creating a meaningful and impactful employee experience has contributed to L.E.K. being a genuinely great place to work.

As a global strategy consulting firm, we work with some of the most innovative, and successful organisations to solve their most critical business problems. Founded in London in 1983, we have over 3000 people across 21 offices around the world. Our Australian practice is rapidly growing, and we are looking for motivated and curious final-year students to join our high-performing teams in Melbourne and Sydney in 2024.

Across the Australian corporate landscape women often face barriers to career progression that their male colleagues do not. We want to change that.

At L.E.K. Consulting, we want to remove those barriers and empower women to own their path, to work and lead authentically, and to make management consulting a sustainable long-term career. Our flexible careers philosophy and inclusive policies are designed to tailor the consultant experience to suit individual needs, and we enable our employees to embrace unique career pathways and balance career advancement with other personal priorities through the different phases of life.
