Summer Associate (Summer Internship)

L.E.K. specialise in addressing key strategic and operational issues and in providing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) support. We are experts across a range of sectors, including life sciences and healthcare, retail and consumer, financial services, industrials, energy and transportation.

L.E.K.’s Summer Associate Internship is open to undergraduate students in their penultimate year who want to experience Management Consulting in either our Sydney or Melbourne office.

The 8-week internship starts at the beginning of December 2017, running through to late Jan/early Feb 2018. Once inducted Summer Associates become active team members, helping to solve our clients’ most challenging strategic business issues.

Your role will be similar to that of a full time Associate. You may play a key role in data gathering on markets, competitors and customers. You may also be involved in interviews and discussions with industry experts and undertake fact-finding initiatives with our clients.

What we are looking for?

We are currently seeking exceptional penultimate students with the ability to solve complex problems in creative ways. You will have outstanding academics, comfort with quantitative analysis, notable extracurricular interests, demonstrated leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit.
