Associate - Sydney 2017

Sydney

L.E.K is a global strategy consulting firm that brings creative thinking to critical business challenges through a unique combination of objective research, rigorous analysis and deep industry experience, which leads to practical insights that have real impact for our clients.

What we look for:

We recruit graduates from all degree disciplines.  We do not have a rigid checklist of qualities a potential Associate must possess.  Rather, our recruiting experience has shown that outstanding academic achievement, comfort with quantitative analysis, notable extracurricular interests and demonstrated leadership and teamwork is an excellent base for an Associate with L.E.K Consulting.

The Associate role:

As a graduate, you will join as an Associate and be a focal point of the project team.  You will be responsible for the basic research and analysis upon which each client engagement is based.

Specific responsibilities include gathering data and developing detailed strategic and financial analysis which will be used to determine the recommendation.  You will work with the case team to derive insights, conclusions and recommendations based on the analysis.

Case work may include developing a view of a future market, developing a valuation model for a company, or helping implement change on a transformation project.  You will work across a variety of industries and be exposed to many different business operations.

We have Associate opportunities available in our Sydney and Melbourne office for roles commencing February 2018.
