The LEK Associate Consultant

Our Associate Consultants deliver world-class and rigorous analysis and pragmatic solutions to produce practical, high-impact results for our clients.

What you’ll do

• Perform advanced analysis utilising appropriate analytical tools to  perform diagnostics on company performance, effectively assembling, organising and summarising findings from research conducted by you and junior team member;
• Plan and build complex models / analysis and write program management documents with consideration of client context, pragmatism and operational insight such as business cases, work plans and initiative charters;
• Take the lead in learning new techniques and tools required to complete a variety of analysis and master the necessary software to develop and construct documents with impact and clarity;
• Contribute new ideas and techniques to the case design process under the guidance of a senior team member,  planning and managing your own work and supporting junior staff and client team members with delivery of work plan;
• Build and manage effective working relationships with client team members;
• Act as role model transferring skills to others through effective coaching techniques and be a conduit between junior and senior team members to facilitate team dynamics and case outcomes;
• Present findings and recommendations confidently and effectively in an internal setting and in a collaborative client setting.

Please note: this is not a graduate position. Ideal candidates will have approximately 3 to 5 years of work experience with previous experience in consulting.
