As a Manager at LEK, you will play a lead role in helping clients to solve their toughest, most critical business issues and presenting insights with impact. In addition to this you will also play a critcial leadership role in the office and share your expertise and knowlege with the broader team.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients and Partners to set project objectives, define project scope, develop analytical frameworks, structure and assign work responsibilities and overall tracking and management of the client deliverable
- Lead dialogue and debate to guide the design of the work plan
- Structure complex strategic and technical problems into discrete modules and communicate these to the team
- Responsibility for understanding the critical issues affecting the client and finding the right answer ie “cracking the case”
- Manage, evaluate, and improve the performance of team members where required
- Manage multiple cases expertly and efficiently including interim and final presentation deliverables
- Deliver appropriate and timely recommendations to the client based upon the proper interpretation of the case team’s research and analysis
- Internally, LEK Managers have a seat and a voice at the leadership table, you'll play a pivotal role in the office as you fulfil various leadership roles, increase practice-area expertise, whilst supporting the development of Consultants and Associates
- Contribute to the management of the firm through involvement in areas such as professional development, new client development, recruiting, information systems
- You will develop your industry and functional knowledge and begin to generate business opportunities with potential clients
Requirements:
- At least 7+ years of experience including 3 to 5 in top tier strategy consulting, leading teams and managing client engagements
- Post graduate qualifications preferred
- Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills combined with proven expertise in strategy consulting approaches
- Proven ability to motivate and coach people in multiple dimensions including analytical skills, project management, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand complex strategic issues and deliver actionable and insightful outcomes with impact for the client
